The Law Office of Usman B. Ahmad, PC is looking to hire their new Case Manager. The Case Management position is essential to the firm.The Manager is responsible for maintaining client file list and supervising case process to ensure that every client is provided with the utmost client service.

Job Duties

  • Ability to set priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Applying management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objective
  • Entering and maintaining data in immigration case management systems
  • Providing high level client support
  • Participating in case strategy meetings and client development activities
  • Tracking and managing critical deadlines and preparing and maintaining current status reports
  • Guiding, training and leading Case Paralegals and Attorneys

Requirements and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of 2 years of immigration experience
  • A results and detail oriented outlook and the ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing deadlines
  • Proven Leadership
  • Mastered organizational skills
  • Multitasking
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Productive work ethic
  • Proficient with Google Calendar, Microsoft Word and Excel
